This practice is so unprofessional. The lack of communication from this office I don’t understand how they are not closed when I go to the office it says open within the time frame and no one is there smh. No one can answer the phone. No one can respond to my txt. Each month my bill is a different number no consistency no transparency. I have to call the 1800 # and they can not get anyone to pick up the phone at the office to its so sad that i have to stress about this. I have a good driving record no dui but no answers. The previous months they had switched my cars taken them off without my permission when I had sold one of my vehicles I had four vehicles in total on my insurance I asked to remove the one I sold they ended up removing two different cars messing my whole bill up then as we

With a renewal of my automobile policy this year I decided to do a more through review of the policy itself. I spoke with Christine about my concerns and requested additional information. She was able to address many of my concerns right away. In some cases she advised she would make additional inquiries to ensure the information she had was up to date. She did so and furnished me with the additional information she received in a timely fashion. Throughout our conversations she was attentive to my questions, understanding and reassuring in her responses. Her professional demeanor and responsive attitude is a credit to the State Farm office.

I have been with the Bryce Reeves office since 1998 with my family. It is like a second family and always has been. Even when I divorced his team helped me transition and give my credits and looked for the best rates. Recently I have worked with Christine and Amarie and both of them have been so responsive and pleasant that I always recommend State Farm even though my friends brag about other companies with better rates. I tell them to call State Farm and check first. I been here with them so long I am scared to leave the state for fear of leaving them. Talked to an agent today and from the beginning of the conversation I felt like he was tired, like he didn’t want to deal with my situation. Now when he quoted me and my bill was MUCH higher then what I was quoted a month ago from another StateFarm agent but nothing changed on my end. I am leaving StateFarm right now due to this interaction with this agency. To give them the benefit of the doubt he may be having a bad day but I have never had such bad experience.
