Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

We were told we had an appointment here at 4pm by the agent helping us so we took off work early and drove all the way over here only to find out it was closed. There is no phone number anywhere that we could find to get in contact with this office to check the hours or whether they’re open, even our agent said she couldn’t find a number for this office. What a waste of time!

Clean. Smells great. Staff super courteous. Scott at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Hopefully will come back here again. Excellent service thanks

I had a terrible experience with Progressive. When I called for help with my claim, an employee named Nicole Knapp was extremely unprofessional and even hung up on me. My car was hit by someone insured with Progressive, but my claim was completely ignored, and they refused to help me get my car fixed. This is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. I would not recommend Progressive to anyone based on this experience.

Monica Kyle has terrible customer service skills they only call you when it is convenient for them and they only let the phone ring once. I have had nothing but bad experiences with progressive customer service and would like to speak to someone immediately about they quality of people you all hire and I don’t believe you all are doing your job and just hiring anyone that says they can do the job
