Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

🚨DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE!!! 🚨 I am facing enormous problems with this insurance company. I had an accident two months ago during a family trip. Since I filed the claim for the insurance I pay for, the insurance company has tried in every way to deny coverage and not provide assistance or repair my vehicle, even claiming that the damages were pre-existing. Honestly, I'm living a nightmare. I'm in another state, unable to work, and my vehicle's registration has already expired, and I can't get home due to the insurance company's negligence. This outburst is the only way I have to get their attention and end this nightmare. I advise everyone not to get insurance with them; avoid them at all costs, because when you're signing up, they're great, but when you need them, you live the worst nigh

Cancel progressive after they raise my rates dramatically. Canceled right on the last day of my policy. I was told I wouldn't owe anything. Now I'm getting totally harassed by progressive saying I owe them $39. They're telling me already it's going to go to collections this and that. People need to hold these companies accountable. This is unbelievable. The harassment I'm going through over $39 that I absolutely do not owe. As I read around I see they do this to everybody. Why are our politicians letting these insurance companies do this to us. They already Rob us enough

I had an appointment at this office on 12/26 at 9:30am. Upon entering the gentleman at the window asked if I had an appoinntment and I said "yes for 9:30" he then instructed me to have a seat. At the time there were three customers in the office and one was at the window. About 20 mins later, a young lady entered and stated she had a 10am appointment. Ironically, he had her to log in. At no time I was given the opportunity to log in. After 45 min had passed. There was only myself and the young lady in the office. As a result, he asked her to come to the window and assisted her instead of honoring my appointment which was before hers. After the young lady left. I confronted him as to why he ignored my presence and appointment in favor of the young lady. He started dance around with excuse

I have a claim with Progressive Home Insurance that has been going on since Jul 25 …. And it’s stressful but I’m being patient… no other choice. However… I need to tell you about a remarkable person that has helped me in the last two days… Cecily N Crowley. What a wonderful person on the phone. When I called she answers right away…each time. And guess what no AI and a for real person with a beautiful attitude which is hard to find with Corporate America today. She made me feel comfortable right away. I was in total shock at how nice she was . If you are going to be in customer service be like Ms Crowley. I’ve worked in customer service most of my career and I know when I’m getting it.
