I have been with State Farm Glen Ritchie forever. I am 68 and can't say enough about how easy it is to work with the staff and Mr. Ritchie. No matter what I need, they are always there to help. 10 stars all the way.

I had to find me a new insurance on short notice because the insurance I used to have like went up on me by $300 and I have a good clean driving record. I was referred to State Farm by my mother and had the pleasure to speak with Nancy. Shout out to you Nancy Denis. She was really helpful and assisted me with making sure I stayed on budget with my insurance. I appreciate her patience a lot! If you need someone to get you what you need speak with Nancy she will get it done to the best of her ability 😊

Nancy gave amazing customer service! She was very helpful, and took her time explaining everything. She made my switch over to the company very pleasant and quick! State Farm gave me a cheaper price than my former auto insurance with renters insurance added! Highly recommend this location, everyone was super nice !

Previous Insurance company has decided to drop their customer as of November 1, 2022. We had to quickly do our research and spoke to many insurance company. Through a friend Glenn Ritchie was referred to us. Nancy Denis, Office Representative was compassionate, professional and knowledgeable.
