Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

My claim took 3+ months to process and that is with the help of a private insurance adjuster. It really wasn't that complicated. Came in thinking I had an appointment, but it turns out a little miscommunication occurred. I was told the appointment was monday the 16th, but it turned out to be monday the 22nd. But the amazing woman at the front desk was able to get me seen right then and there, and I was able to get my payout on my totaled car.

These folks are awful, truly progressive agents are agents of chaos sent to this planet to torment people. It’s no hyperbole when i say these people are the damn devil. i got hit by a driver from progressive on August 30th should note that the driver from progressive was 100% at fault. I drive a big truck and the dude hit me on the driver side and both tires look like pretzels now. The guy made a completely unsafe turn into oncoming traffic and slammed right into the driver side rims. He hit the first one bounced off and hit the second rim. It took ONE WEEK for progressive to reach out to me. Then it took another week for progressive to send a tow truck out to get my vehicle. After that it took progressive ANOTHER WEEK to get me a rental. That’s THREE WEEKS! And they hadn’t even begun to

I have been yelling them the same info over and over. Excuses .and Les. After talking with several people first they need e mail. Then say a check to come. Then after 3 weeks they stopped mail. And want all info again.

Absolutely great experience, considering my truck was hit and totaled. The claim process was extremely fast and painless. At no time did I feel distressed or worry about the process.
