Sydney was wonderful!! She was kind and so very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and willing to assist with all your questions. Also when I needed help with an auto accident Victor was also amazing. I have never had an issue with speaking to someone in the office or getting my questions answered. I appreciate their customer wonderful care.

I worked with Sydney as my rep. She saved me over $100 from my previous insurance company and made everything super simple and in plain English. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone use her for any insurance needs! She’s extremely knowledgeable and responsive! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Horrific , not only poor customer service, but horrible customer service. If they ate answering the phone at all the service is below substandard. I’m with Statefarm since 1998 and was rerouted to Ryan Young’s office after my agent in Cartersville retired. Unfortunately, they have only disappointed me . They attempt to sell insurance I do not need. Furthermore, insurance I would need they would not even mention to me. I spoke with their office after they said I need to review if my homeowners insurance is sufficient. As already stated I am with them for 27 years, but was never told that I do not have insurance if something should happen to my septic tank or sewer lines!!!!! And not only that they said I was fully insured if anything should ever happen to my house. I have not filed any cla

I received a call from agent Gabby Costa at the perfect time regarding auto insurance, because I was looking to renew. She provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely patient and very compassionate to my needs and concerns. She was able to provide me an excellent rate for all 4 of my vehicles, out beating all the other companies. She was awesome! I was so happy choosing State Farm for my auto policy.

Everyone at this location has been outstanding. We've been with them for years, left for a while due to elmy husband employment. We are so happy to be back with Ryan and his group. Gabby was extremely helpful to me getting my new insurance set up on our new car for our Son.
