Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

They billed me after the fact on something as simple as moving a few blocks, (Same city) but could not update it to be billed in the one time six month payment then charged and overdraft fee. Great way to lose business. They have never sent me the paper copies I request. Just really going down hill. On provide any service their online chat always either some AI or bot, never helpful. I will be changing service even if it means paying more. Very disgusted taste in my mouth.

Progressive declared my low mileage, well-maintained vehicle a total loss after their insured driver scratched and dented two body panels. They significantly under-valued the loss vehicle and only responded to legitimate feedback on the valuation issues after an inquiry to the state insurance commissioner. They ultimately DID revise up the total loss payout after playing the waiting game for several months and asking for specific compliance to the line-item requirements in the Washington Administrative Code - consider that an option. Revisiting the total loss declaration and asking for a repair was not an option either. They unilaterally have the power to take away the clean title of your vehicle and tell you what it's worth. Considering I was a full day early for my repair estimate, they still inspected my vehicle. Stand up company!!! I'm thankful. Time is too valuable to waste. Thank you #Flo and Progressive!!!! Outstanding customer service.

Progressive is the worst insurance company. Insist on having own inspection and will not accept auto body shop estimate. Progressive inspector did not show up and turned it around that I missed my appointment. So unprofessional. Sent me a link to submit photos but the Progressive app does not even recognize its own policy holder. Bad experience and dishonest adjuster Skye Morales.

It sucked, I drove all the way there to show proof of residence so my new insurance policy doesn't get canceled and they said sorry we cant help you we only handle accident claims in this office, what a colossal waste of gas and time.
