Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I used Progressive’s online comparison tool expecting quotes. Instead, my contact information was shared with numerous third-party insurers, resulting in 15+ unsolicited calls and messages. This level of data sharing was not clearly disclosed and felt intrusive. I would not use this tool again.

The guys here are great, after I got hit and run-ed they took care of me, got me the full amount of the cars value and in a free rental car. I was in and out quick and progressive has always given me the lowest rates on car insurance, I’ve called just about every insurance company for a quote, they are always the best.

They were very nice and sweet. Very fast and respectful.

I’m extremely frustrated with the poor customer service I’ve received from Progressive. On November 28, 2024, I was involved in a car accident where a car struck my vehicle from behind. I submitted my claim (ending in 29885) within three hours of the accident via phone. The next day, November 29, 2024, I received a text from a Progressive representative stating they would call me to discuss my claim. That call never happened. On November 30, I followed up by calling Progressive, and a representative promised to notify the assigned representative to contact me. After waiting until December 4 without any response, I called again and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor assured me that I would receive a call by Thursday, December 5. Once again, no one called. On December 6, I left

I’ve had Progressive since 2013 and they gave me an extremely entitled claims rep that talks down to me as if he’s a lawyer (shocker: he’s not even close). I cannot wait to cancel my policy.
