Mixed experience over the last 20 years. The commercial insurance team is still very good and we keep our main business policy with Scottsdale there - hence our high rating. For home and auto insurance the agency’s relationship with Nationwide has meant aggressive price hikes, demands for constant inspections and rewording of policies. This is probably being driven by Nationwide’s strategy to boost profits but we got much better rates and terms by shopping around at other agencies.

Gin and her team treat each individual with personal service, customized to what you need. Inquiries for information are answered promptly and thoroughly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a call or email to be returned. What I appreciate most is being given all the advice I need, not just what I ask.
