I know for a fact I am NOT the only one who has been having a very bad experience with this individual at PFSI, but unfortunately they're giving their company as a whole a bad image. I'm going to be cancelling and switching my insurance plan entirely because of this person and their incompetence and complete lack of communication. I've reached out for certificates of additional insured multiple times, which as a contractor I need for obtaining licenses and permits for cities and towns. My "agent "(Alicia M.) WILL NOT answer any emails, follow up emails, or phone calls, or even return phone calls, she has not for well over a month now. The only email response I've received was passive aggressive, and basically to stop rushing her and she is busy, be patient, etc.. AND asking me to do parts

I have used PFSI for years, and specifically my broker has been Julian McCrandall. Julian has provided excellent service, and great communication. I decided to post this review today due to the fact that Julian saved me over $500 by updating my coverage with my malpractice carrier to properly reflect the services, procedures and number of days that I practice in my office. Julian was able to do all this in a single day and deliver the documents to me via email in a fast, organized manner. I highly recommend!

I worked with Phyllis at PFSI for getting homeowners insurance for a house that needed repairs. She was able to get me a few different polices and was willing to look at policies that I found and walk through all of them step by step and explain to me the differences and strengths of each policy. I would highly recommend working with Phyllis if you are looking for insurance.

PFSI has been an amazing avenue for me from insurance to my financial needs... I just had a horrible experience after an auto accident with an uninsured drunk driver! And ReganTurner the owner of this company took it upon himself to make sure things were taken care of... Any Company that goes to that measure to help someone will have my business for life. Ms. Evens is delightful to work with because she is very responsive, communicates well, and provided me with accurate information. Most of all she was able and available to assist me with an urgent afterhours matter. I'm most greatful!
