Evertree Insurance

Very poor and unprofessional service. Sara can be especially rude and is often unresponsive to communications and confrontational. It's obvious she does not care too much about her job or their customers and is just there to get paid. This place used to be much better until Evertree took over. Not really sure what they even do though besides act as a middle man between you and your actual insurance company. Making claims is confusing process since you cannot reach directly our to your insurance company and have to contact Evertree for everything. They only work 9-5 M-F though and are not 24/7. Any claims and changes to your policy must go through Evertree. They are supposed to shop around for you for the best premiums but usually once they have you signed up with someone they find excuses

Kelli has been our broker with Evertree Insurance for the past 7 or 8 years and we have been thrilled to work with her. Multiple times Kelli has put in the work to make sure we are getting the best insurance deal while maintaining proper coverage. She has let us know which companies their customers have had success with and which ones are not working well so we can make educated decisions. Highly recommend!

I've gotten insurance through Kelli for 7 years, and have had a great experience. Everyone on the team is very helpful, whether I talk to them on the phone or email them. They explain insurance terms to me when I don't understand. And Kelli does her best to look through all my options for insurance, and explain them to me.
