Price LeBlanc Agency: Allstate Insurance

My initial experience with Allstate at Price LeBlanc Toyota proved to be a rewarding one. I was hesitant to change since I had been with Geico for a very long time; but I did indeed switch to Allstate. The agent was well informed and answered all my questions. He was professional, friendly and pleasant to work with. After my first month, I had a small issue arise and I contacted Allstate to inquire about a change in my premium. I found out I was missing a document and once it was provided, my premium was corrected immediately. The agent who assisted me with this was very helpful and contacted me several times until the issue was resolved. I was with allstate for 7 years. My rates went up every 6 months with no claims, violations, or accidents. Only thing that was explained to me was the rates are going up in my area. I asked if it was anything i could do to save on my policy and was told im already getting all the savings. I said i maybe forced to go with another company and the agent was like Ok thats fine.
