Jennifer Champagne: Allstate Insurance

I was with this company for 5 years and I had one Property insured me and my wife bought a second property and insured it and all hell broke out they wrote my homeowners policy under a mobile home I contacted them to change it they told me that it was change and that was a lies so I give them time to correct the matter but ask time go by nothing was done so I call back in a spoke with front desk reception and she to cancel that policy and keep the old one and she replied you can't have two houses insured because you don't live in both ok so we went there so to remind you people can buy houses all over the world and insured them with insurance company perse

I attempted to cancel my insurance & as many others, I don’t check my emails everyday as I get hundreds. I first called the office and was told all I had to do was to email them saying “my name is **** **** and I would like to cancel my insurance effective **/**/****.” I didn’t receive an email back for a couple days and I had forgotten to check to see what they said. Until 2 months later I am being bothered by a debt collector to collect my $500+ debt due to my insurance being cancelled for “non payment”. Instead of cancelling it like I requested the office allowed my bill to lapse and instantly sold my debt to a debt collector so I could not fight them directly for it. Pretty much I’m getting extorted by Jennifer Champagne’s Allstate firm for canceling my insurance with them & do not rec

Now for the second half we asked them to take off one of the properties and they refuse to so the mortgage company was changing us for two insurance so we contact them again and we was told that it was taking off that was a lie this went on for a while year really so I get it when people are successful in life other people aren't happy hates!

Have tried 3 times over the last 3 days to reach my agent, having to leave a message 3 times with no return call. I'm glad this wasn't an emergency.

Jennifer and her staff assisted us in getting our homeowner’s, auto and umbrella policies switched over to Allstate, and they were all very professional and prompt with their service!! I would highly recommend Jennifer Champagne at Allstate Insurance!!
