The customer service is nice, but they still have problems doing the job itself. If you call to complain they tell you what you need to hear and that's all you get. Signed up back in December 2025, still waiting for all the cards to show up, I mean membership, over the counter, paperwork nothing. They say 7 to 10 business days. We are waiting on our second month. Had to call again now just gonna drive down and see about just picking up the card directly with no bullshit. All the bad reviews I have been reading though, might have to start looking around for another provider again.
Terrible Customer Service! Someone from Presbyterian health plan called me to try to get me to go in for an unnecessary appointment, and I explained I had just gone in for a full physical with blood panel and in the middle of me asking a question the representative just hung up on me. This is the second time that I have called them and I’ve been blatantly hung up on when the rep doesn’t get the answer that they want or doesn’t have an answer for me. Why is it OK for them to just hang up on us so rudely? And any other type of business hanging up on people mid sentence on purpose would be a death sentence for your marketing. However, people need healthcare no matter what so they use it to their advantage and they take it as a Green pass to be extremely rude.
Billed for services that are 100% covered in my plans. Called billing. Transferred to wrong person . Total call time was 45 minutes before I hung up. Had called couple of weeks ago and promised a call back. No call back and nothing left in the notes my requesting refund or having talked to them twice. Spend some money fixing customer service systems. They are awful.
I delivered a doctors release for surgery form to a lady at the facility on High Resort in Rio Rancho on 2-9-23 . I asked her if I could take the form upstairs to my doctors office and leave it for signatures. She convinced me to leave the form with her because she would deliver it or put the form in my doctors mail box. She was talking with a co-worker when I arrived and I seemed uncaring about the urgency that I mentioned. I sent a message to my doctor through "MY CHART" the next day 2-10-23. The form was not delivered. I sent another message through "MY CHART" on 2-12-23 and again, it had not been delivered. I cancelled the surgery that this release was for and filed a grievance with Presbyterian Medicare advantage. It seems some of the Presbyterian employees would rather chat with co w
I have requested Medicare advantage info twice in the last 2 months. Get phone calls from sales people but still have not received anything in the mail that I requested. One salesperson told me it was sent out that same day. Two months and I’m still waiting. Not happy at all if I can’t even get info before I sign up
