I have a friend who I recommended to talk to Mark Pratt about his insurance questions and Mark said he would be at his office at 3:30 to meet with him. Where is Mark??? NO where to be found. His office is closed. My friend tried to get hold of Mark again...where is Mark??? Office closed. What a sorry business man!
