Adolfo Torres - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently had changes made to my policy without my consent , and when I called to speak to Adolfo Torres he was not available. I specifically requested a callback. I called again to speak to him since I never received a call back. I eventually called and spoke to Mr. Torres to ask for specific details on the changes and up charges to my policy. Mr. Torres demeanor immediately changed. I told him I did not agree with the changes and I would be seeking another agency. Next thing I knew, I saw a charge on my bank account statement that I did not authorize. I was charged without my consent. This is extremely unprofessional! Jose is great! As an on the go mom, he makes sure to call and check in and give me little reminders if I pass my due date. Always makes sure he provides all the information I need in a timely matter. Every time we call he makes us feel like we’ve known each other for yrs! Great service! Great Agent!

I have been a customer with Adolfo Torres for the past few years. During that time he was not only able to answer all my questions but has make suggestions on how to balance between the right amount of insurance and the best payment amount possible. He has always been able to help when I have misplaced my insurance card or forgotten my payment date. I can not think of a better agent then him.

This is the best insurance I’ve ever had this location made figuring out the best coverage so easy especially as a young first time buyer. They offer so many opportunities for discounts safe driving, grades in school, and so many other opportunities to save their hospitality is amazing I will probably never switch.
