Pouch Insurance

I had been insured with this company for over a year and always kept my policy active with automatic payments. Despite that, they canceled my policy without proper warning, claiming they no longer support business insurance. Because of this sudden cancellation, the company I had a contract with revoked my contract, leaving me without work and income. This situation could have been avoided with clear communication or advance notice. What’s also frustrating is that even though my payments were on auto-pay, I regularly received emails threatening cancellation if payment wasn’t made on time—so I did everything required on my end. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and has had a serious impact on my livelihood. I would not recommend this company to business owners who

Driving around with no Ins for months. They send 1 email out for renewal n expect me to respond. Did not see it the email n never reach out again to say hey you have no ins !!!!!

Pouch insurance has terrible customer service, and they lack the resources to give you the help you need. I was involved in an accident with someone who used this insurance policy. It seemed like it took months to get my vehicle fixed, all because this company does not know how to properly do their job and they lack the resources to get things done in a smooth manner. They totally lack efficiency. You send emails in regards to your claim, they do not reply back. You call their claims department to help with your claim, they seem forgetful. All in all, they lack the resources to give you the quality service that you need when you are involved in an accident. They are not trying to help at all. I ended up paying more out of my own pocket for a rental car then they paid to get my car fixed.

Bottom tier company I set my card up for auto pay but there system dosnt work so I still get monthly emails asking for payment or my policy will be cancelled on 5 days often the emails are days late and they still wanna charge a fee to reinstate even after it has been paid by the stupid auto pay I hate insurance companies but this company really just feels like I'm giving a homless guy 70 bucks a month for absolutely no reason even when I did get into an accident they said they wouldn't help me get my car fixed it was my problem even though I was hit and they also don't have an emergency number that I was given so I had two wait until Monday 2 whole days from my accident just to talk with someone and that was what they used to not help me they don't offer glass coverage also I was never
