I wanted to switch renter’s insurance companies, and knew State Farm was reputable, so I set out to locate an office close to my new place. By a sheer stroke of luck - and a gut feeling - I found Kim Stokes, and I am SO grateful I did. My situation was a bit complex, but Kim got right down to business and handled all of the details swiftly and seamlessly. In fact, she handled my renter’s insurance so well, and was so awesome to work with, that I inquired about auto insurance. As a result, I found out what great rates State Farm has, and switched my auto insurance as well! Not once was there even the slightest hint of a hard sell from Kim. I would have walked immediately had there been. No, Kim was just very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable - and super easygoing in a focused way
