Russ and his staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. When we moved from Florida to Georgia we were in need of a knowledgeable local agent to help us with our new home coverage and an agent to handle our current Progressive policies. We found both at the Pollock Agency. Russ even helped us find the surveyor who was familiar with the property we purchased, which was very helpful with a potential flood zone issue.
