I have always gotten the absolute best customer service from Jim Scarbrough and his staff, but Cody Posey goes above and beyond. He always answers my emails, calls and texts even when he is out of the office. He truly works day and night and never hesitates to address all of my questions and concerns. If he doesn’t know the answer he immediately puts me in touch with who does. Cody truly needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
I was shopping for a new car. Phoned Megan regarding a binder. Within 5 minutes, Megan had sent me an email. Always receive excellent service with State Farm.
