I do not recommend this company. My parents had a life insurance through them for years. After my mom died my dad had his beneficiary changed. We filled out all paperwork and sent them in. We then called to make sure they got them. They said they had and everything was updated. My dad has since died . Now they say they never received any paperwork.This is supposed to help pay for his funeral which we have not been able to do. Now they want each of us kids to sign paper for a certain amount and so we don’t sue them.

You"re dental coverage is perfect for me! I am know fully retired and you have really made a difference in my health. I am finally getting excellent care and have had allot of work done from my Dentist. You're commitment to perfect customer satisfaction are very genuine and you're commercials are very true in what they say, no B.S.! KUDOS too you all!!!!!!!! Tim M.

The most unprofessional, hard to deal with customer service in the business. My FIL passed away and had life insurance throught this outfit. I mailed out what was asked for. Called in a week later and got the most clueless and downright mean CSA - Tobi. Dismissive, snappy. Told me I needed to call and let them know he died. Its on the death certificate I sent you. Asked what the date of death was. Its on the death certificate. Went around in circles over nothing. Nothing. Didn't want to give info on how long this was going to drag out. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. I hear Colonial Penn has some nice, competent folks working there.

Worst customer service ever. Signed up for dental, they never answered their phones, never received my packet with id cards just terrible. Can't get any answers.

We purchased pre-paid burial plots financed through them. Great benefit, but they have zero financial sense. I don't always get a statement of our account, and when I do it only shows current payment amount. They put no other financial info on the statement. No breakdown of how previous payments are applied, and no balance info. I've had to call them every month since we purchased back in May 2021 to get financial info that is not printed on their crappy financial statements. When I call, it is clear the staff have no clue what the difference is between a principal balance & a payoff, but I take what little info I can get from them.
