Worst extended warranty plan available! Purchased an RV extended warranty plan for our brand new Airstream trailer. Brought the trailer in for repairs. At the time, my basic warranty had expired and I assumed the extended warranty would cover some if not all repairs. Boy was I wrong! Every item on my 12 item list were denied by this extended warranty company. I immediately contacted the dealer where I purchased the plan from and cancelled the policy. Would not recommend this coverage to anyone! I’m forced to give them 1 star, frankly they don’t deserve any stars!

I had to give one star to create this report. I paid over $5000 for an extended warranty on my RV. A number of issues occurred at the same time. One was a main control failure. That control runs most of the devices on the RV and evaluating a failed device- like a slide or jack that have failed cannot be done without a working control. Phoenix told the repair shop to order and replace the board. Phoenix then denied the clain for replacing the board stating they never had a chance to observe the failure. 2 slide motors failed. Phoenix did pay to replace them. A leveling jack failed to retract because of a bad motor. The RV had to be moved to remove the jack. Moving the RV bent the jack. The warranty does not cover abuse. The "abuse" was caused by a failed motor and a test bench

Do not do business with this company, they will do everything they can to keep your money. I’ve tried canceling a policy after I sold the vehicle and they won’t refund my portion of the unused contract. Do not buy anything from them.

Please don't ever get this warranty. They are the worst company to deal with. I've had a vehicle here for 3 months because they wouldn't send an adjustor, they finally did and now the vehicle is done for 3 days, and they won't send payment. I've been going back and forth with them over page 2 of an invoice they want for an engine we Bought, I FAXED THEM 2 PAGES, IT SAYS PAGE 1 OF 2 FROM THE FAX!!!!! All they do is take advantage of customers and repair facilities. I just completely lost it; they're holding up $7,000. Why take it out on the repair shop? Your absolutely horrible people and i hope you get what you put out!!!!!
