Both Kenny and Margherita (Sorry if I misspelled your name) were extremely friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Thank you for my cup of water, Margherita and small talk before meeting Kenny. Kenny was helpful and explain everything in such a clear manner that a child may understand. I only went to review my policies, but he went over each one to make sure I understood what I was getting. Thank you. Even gave me some advice.

I had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very kind and courteous toward my needs. She was able to provide me with information on the app as well as help me with processing my payment for my insurance. It was very quick and smooth and I already received confirmation via email. Matt Reynolds was very helpful in introducing me to my new State Farm office and reviewing all of my policies!! Matt also was able to correct my mailing address and add in my “new” return to my maiden name. Matt also was interested in my passions (working with Animal Compassion Team an animal Rescue here in Fresno).
