Great service and a nice person to talk to as well.

I called and submitted all required documents to cancel policy and they ghosted me. Didn’t reply to emails nor answered by calls and voicemail. Had to contact Farmers customer service to be helped.

Jimmy and his team handle all of our corporate and personal insurance lines. They are responsive and knowledgeable of insurance documentation requirements and all other needs.

Cannot ever get a call back or response in in a timely manner without calling their office excessively. Highly advise going elsewhere.
