Philadelphia Insurance Companies

We filed a claim against one of their clients (an auto transport broker). They promised an answer within 30 days. It took them 2 months to reject our claim. They stated that their $75K limit was reached, which is not true. They haven't provided a single proof that they made payments to other carriers. Are we supposed to simply believe their word? We demand full disclosure of those carriers, payments, and dates. There were just a handful of carriers claiming against that broker and none of their claimed amounts add up to a fraction of the $75K. Not an A++ rated company.

I have had nothing but problems with Philadelphia Insurance, specifically the office in Daytona. In addition, to Brown and Brown of Daytona (John Bell and John Kulzer) My company provides education to seniors, and as of March 13th, we could no longer do so and I immediately lost 85% of my revenue. I called Philadelphia to cancel my policy and two hours later, they took almost $1400.00 out of my bank account, when I only owed them $736.00. They said it would be two to four weeks before I received a refund. A little over four weeks later, I received a check for $306.00...but they owed me $641.00. Do not get your insurance from them, they owe me money for a year, and every time I call they come up with a reason why they haven’t refunded me yet. 2 years in a row they canceled my insurance saying for non payment even though I paid for the year. They are a fraud, customer service is horrible, they have no idea how to do business.

These insurance agents are condescending and rude. I would NEVER do business with them. I had to deal with them because of a vehicle accident. When you hear horror stories about insurance companies, this is one of those companies.
