He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and very patient. Walked me through all my questions and worries. He puts you at ease and made the entire interaction like I was talking to a friend. Then followed up with me when I randomly called back to ask a question about dental. Highly recommend and will refer my friends to him.

I am the happiest I have ever been with my agent. I was in a panic and right away he calmed me down. He also made sure that the health insurance I am getting definitely contained both my primary and spine surgeon by going out of his way to make sure they both had the same providers. He was thorough and professional. Easy to talk to and transparent. I am grateful that he called and helped me at the perfect time.

I was contacted by Julie and she was SO helpful. She sent info on different plans that fit my needs and explained the coverage benefits and costs. My plan just went into effect 2 days ago and I am already putting the benefits to use. And it is costing me no more than I would have paid for classic Medicare. I haven't had to deal with any issues yet, but I'm sure I will. But that is the case with any insurance or at least from my experience. So I ll give it a while and repost when I have more experience with my plan. But as for Julie, she rocks!

Patrick Fino was a huge help , helping select the right Medicare plan! He took his time and listened, answered a bunch of questions, explained the difference between supplement and advantage plans. I haven’t started my new plan yet, but I now have confidence that he helped me choose the right plan for me! Finally, someone actually explained the choices!
