Adriana Cabrera went above and beyond to assist us with securing a policy for our home purchase. After lackluster customer service with another agent, she came through and saved the day. She was extremely responsive, and did her best to secure us a decent policy in a timely manner. Adriana also helped make some corrections last minute without complaint. Great when I signed auto with them. Then I gave them my home insurance policy they got me a good rate and coverage. I paid in full, a few months later they said the insurance company wanted like 500.00 more. I asked assured to shop it out since I got a bait and switch price. They never got back to me even after a few phone calls and emails. My house insurance canceled while the request for additional payment time lapsed. Assured is the typical corporate service. Find a mom and pop agency.
