I am a very proud and happy client of P&G. Everyone I deal with is always so friendly, helpful, and proffessional. A couple of years ago, after P&G got me more coverage on a specific policy than I previously had, for a cheaper price than I was paying at my previous broker, I brought over all my policies to P&G and got cheaper quotes and better coverage on every single policy!! Since then I am a thrilled customer who has had only the greatest experience dealing with P&G.

I usually don't write reviews but I just had a big claim on my policy and the way it was handled by P&G was way beyond my expectations. The secretaries who handle my policies are super helpful and so well-informed. P&G was there every step of the way, helping me through the whole process. Thank you, your excellent customer service is appreciated!!

This Insurance brokerage company "issued" a policy, cashed the full payment from us that was payable to the Brokerage firm instead of insurance company. Sent us the insurance certificate. The Insurance certificate was declined based on incorrect coverage. Turned out that the policy was not valid- we got a cancellation notice from the insurance company for nonpayment! P&G Insurance brokerage DID not even pay the insurance company! Its been over 4 months and we haven't gotten a refund yet. Stay Away!
