Fantastic customer service all the way around. The receptionist was kind, courteous and super friendly. She offered my daughter and I a beverage while we waited. She even went as far to ask if we wanted cold or room temperature. That definitely set the tone for the rest of the visit. We didn't even wait very long before we got to visit with insurance Representative Gerald. He too was kind, courteous and super friendly. He took time to explain insurance policies, coverages, pricing and discounts that could be applied. Let me tell you, Gerald knows his stuff and made it easy for us to understand. Stewart has been very helpful to me. He's gotten me at least 4 types of discounts applied to my insurance, helping me save money. He also has fast response times whether you need to make adjustments to your policy, take out a new policy, or you are just requesting some information/documentation. He's also very patient and will answer any questions you have.
