I want to share my recent very positive interaction with these folks. They took the time on the phone to go through with me all of my policies and found ways I could save some money and still get better coverage in the end! Highly recommend!
Peter was so responsive when we needed home insurance and the timing was perfect for rolling in our business and auto. He made the whole process painless and kept our lender happy. We ended up paying way less than what we had before and feel like we actually have someone we can talk to when we need it.
We have had with Allstate since November 1988 and dint find any difficulties with communicating on our claims in the past . Good policy coverage we need and they paid well after we claimed our issue(s) have had such as ice dam damage on the soffits ( edge of the roof) caused water damages & minor auto damage from inclement weather conditions on icy roads.
Above and beyond! We got ourselves into a Worker's Cop pickle and Peter was a great help in digging us out of our mess! Thanks Peter!
