They have been patient with questions over the years, and are quite knowledgeable. I have referred other people to them, because they have been trustworthy and always helpful, whether by phone, in person, or email, and have always been willing to take the time to do price and policy comparisons for us, both when we lacked the time and when we lacked understanding. Hailey and Dwayne have been with us from the early days of house shopping, and we were so patient and kind with all the questions I had for them. From numerous calls and countless emails, the Kielly insurance agency always made us feel like we were the priority. Thankfully we haven't needed to make any claims on our vehicles or home but if that time comes, I know they will be there with answer we need
