Never received benefits. I reached out to this company months ago about not being able to access account. Never heard from them. Wasted $120. Only making this review because for the first time ever I received an email from them because my employer decided to go with different pet insurance and they wanted to know if I wanted to continue service. I never got service in the first place.

Very limited in network options in Colorado, especially for 24/7 care. When our cat suddenly got sick none of the in-network hospitals had any availability to admit our cat so we ended up going to an out of network hospital and having to pay entirely out of pocket. Pet benefits refused to cover any of it. I would skip this plan and save your money, it is basically a scam.

This place was a good experience, in dealing with getting the information for my dog care plan from my work, they emailed me back a day later, as I called and requested the information on the weekend. Very pleased with them!

This program took 25% off my bill. Which really helps. I’m a fan!!
