Pet Assure

They were zero help after paying in for over a year, couldn't get a nickel out of them for assistance. Also the vet clinics in my area that supposedly take their "discount" had no idea what i was talking about.. so basically i wouldn't recommend going through this company and find a insurance plan that is specific for pets.

Zero customer sevice. Started charging me but never opened my account. I got service through my jobs benefits offer but this company is absolute garbage not having real customer support. I highly recommend to stay as far away from pet assure as you can

They change their coverages and don’t inform members! For the last two years I’ve received discounts for an allergy treatment for my pet and today I found out it’s not longer covered through my veterinarian, not Pet Assure. Really disappointed in this and feel like I’ve wasted money with this company. Now I have to change vets!

It's only been 1 month, but I've already saved far more with Pet Assure than I have with Insurance. With my pets old insurance plan, we never met the deductible, so we never saved anything. But with Pet Assure you get savings IMMEDIATELY! I submitted a claim yesterday for my dog to have vaccines and an exam. The very next day I was reimbursed! On top of thr reimbursement you get 25% off of participating vets. Our vet does not associate with Pet Assure, but I was still able to get my reimbursement for the things they cover. If my dog ever needs more than just vaccines and an exam, then I will seek one of the participating vets for the 25% off. Overall, great plan! I'm happy.

Genius business model. Only include the most expensive vets in an area, and only cover 25% of the cheapest things. When it costs more money to use it, you’re rolling in profit, because people will go to the vet that costs less even without this “vet payback plan.” 100% not worth it. Will cancel as soon as I’m able and warn all others against it.
