Black Lady was very unprofessional all I was trying to do was get a title and registration so I can drive legally on the road and she told me that I need to bring the person that I bought it from to be next to me which the person lives all the way in Texas instead of just giving me a price and letting me transfer it my name. She also wasted my time making me sit for 10 minutes just to tell me I couldn’t do it. She wasn’t helpful at all every time I asked how to do it she never gave me a answer I honestly thinks it’s because I’m a black male that she didn’t think was capable of owning any vehicle the saddest part is she’s black too.

I was referred to Personal Touch by a friend. He said "she gonna take care of you" and that's what she did. I went in to renew my car registration and got information on other things. Kia is professional, hard-working and patient. I actually caught her in the process of closing and she didn't seem bothered at all. She took my information and went to work. We spent more time talking about other services she offer, than the time it took for my renewal. I would recommend Personal Touch for any of your auto, notary and credit repair needs.

This has to be #1 out of all the auto tags in the world. The service is phenomenal they made me feel like family I was in and in no time. I’ve been here before for my sister and they never seem to fail us. Never! a bad experience here. Strongly recommend to others.
