Perry Kurz: Allstate Insurance

I was originally assigned this agent by Allstate when I moved from Raleigh to Baltimore. I have been with Allstate for 20+ years, and I have never encountered a more unprofessional office. It started with Brenda being curt during our email exchanges about changing my policy from state to state and getting proof of my rental policy for my leasing office, and when my auto policy rate skyrocketed, she was of no help. I had to call the 800 line, which immediately helped me lower my policy. At that point, I asked to change my agent from this office due to the horrible customer service. After selecting the new agent, completing the change order, and my new agent submitting it, Allstate corporate requested that the change request also be sent from Perry Kurz's office. Haven't had any issues with All-State insurance. I give them money, they insure my car.

Perry is very detail oriented and extremely committed to his customers. He is personable and remembers his customers by name. Perry makes insurance easy to understand where as many insurance companies/Agents just assume that everyone knows what certain terms mean.

Perry Kurz is not my assigned agent however I go through his office for any issues I have; he is very helpful and explains everything to me in terms I understand. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and personable agent.
