LUKE EAST WAS AMAZING !!! Listened to customer needs customer wants and has been by far the best Perfect Policy agent we’ve ever had went from paying 300 a month for liability on two cars to 140 for liability with uninsured motorist I highly recommend using Luke. You will not be disappointed With him as your agent and Perfect Policy as your insurance broker! Luke is out of the Mont Bellevue office

Horrible service, agent is impossible to get a hold of. Response-yes a specific agent that kept ignoring my calls when i tried speaking to her and wouldn’t reply to my emails when i sent them, i went in to the office and luckily there’s was someone there named Alma Lopez. She was wonderful she made my request an easy process and went above and beyond to make sure she gave me what i needed Alma and Darlene Garcia worked together to give me the two documents i had requested in a timely manner, i did inform her of the issue i had with the previous agent that was suppose to be helping me and she apologized. So my issue was fixed thanks to those two ladies.

Responsive when you're a new customer, could care less to help reshop quotes as an old customer. Went with another agent and my rate dropped in half, unbelievable.

One of their agents made a mistake when I was up for renewal for my home owners. He only purchased Windstorm coverage for me and did not renew my other perils policy with Progressive. He either made a mistake or misunderstood what he was doing. This ended up costing me $1500 for gap insurance from my lender. Perfect Policy has refused to acknowledge a mistake was made or try to make it right. Additionally when I did fix my coverage they are charging a $200 MGA fee which is typically only charged through a broker.

Luke with Perfect Policy is awesome!!! He was able to help me with a new bundle policy for my home and auto. Very responsive and answered every question I had. Thanks again for all of your help! ☺️
