I was very pleased with this State Farm office. I went in for a quote on my Auto and Ms Nava was so helpful. She explained the process and gave me a great rate for my car insurance. Great place to go if you’re looking or needing to get a new policy.

I was automatically switched over from one State Farm insurance to Joe Pham because I State Farm insurance, initially I was very hesitant but as started working with the office staff at that location I was happy for this transition.Crystal has been such a lifesaver. She has explained everything in detail, supported by every question, Provide provided me with needed quotes in a timely manner. I love when I call the office. Someone is always there to answer and if it is after hours, I can use the text message app and I have a quick response. When we had a car accident, there was someone willing to help us every step of the way I could not be more thankful for the team at Joe Pham State Farm

I got a new car last week and called to change my policy from the old car to the new one. Emily helped me and had the numbers and policy switched within 5min, then emailed to me minutes later. Somehow the new car was even a dollar cheaper a month than the old one. I wish every customer service experience could be even half as smooth (pay attention Xfinity, Att, power company etc) Through the years I have had Mr Pham as my agent, every inquiry or transaction has been nothing short of outstanding. Keep it up!

I really enjoyed the service I received from Dora. It was very easy to talk about coverage and what my needs were. Definitely recommend for insurance because they explain everything and it's super easy to follow the process for different options. I feel like Dora took the time to make our interactions personal while also helping find the right fit for me!

She always tells us all the details, calls before every renewal with all the information, always informs us of new bundles & deals, & she is soooo friendly! She never acts bothered or annoyed by questions we have! She is AMAZING! She makes it so easy that we will probably never switch because of how informative & transparent she is!
