We have used them for many years to handle our neighborhood pool liability, and it has been a nightmare. Unexplained increases in premium (never made a claim), messed up payment processing which nearly lead to dropped coverage, and horrible response times (if we can even get a response). I hate to leave bad review, especially for small businesses owners, but this experience has been horrible and no one there seems interested in making things better.
