Since sept 2024 I have been contacting this company for a account that I had with a past employer that I have not worked for in the last 7 years, I have money that is owed to me and was told by a co worker to call them and see if I had any money that I was entitled too, I originally spoke to Sonia and provided all my information, Sonia stated she would mail me forms to fill out and instructed me to send back, I NEVER received anything. I waited until after all end of year holidays and still no paperwork. I then contacted Penison Designs again and spoke to Sonia, Sonia could not recall speaking to me and I repeated our entire conversation and then it clicked and she apologized saying she forgot and would have it mailed out to me.
