I've been happily insured with State Farm for quite some time. Recently Sharon Snyder called me to get some information on my rental. We spent an hour going over that - she was patient and able to answer all my questions. Even better, she found an item where I was over-insured, and saved me some money. I asked her to speak again about my residential policy. When I called her back, she must have spent three hours going through it with me. I had any number of questions, some of them probably silly, but she explained everything clearly and patiently. In short,, Sharon did a FANTASTIC job, and I truly appreciate that. The experience of shopping for automotive insurance can be pretty hectic sometimes when trying to save money. However, Chris was awesome helping me with a quote and made it a breeze sign up & completing the process later when I was ready. Kevin’s team, especially Sharon Snyder, have been super helpful over the last few years, as rates have been rising. Good outreach to have discussions about how to adjust deductibles, contents coverage, etc. to keep premiums as reasonable as possible.

Horrible company every month your insurance gets raised. They are horrible at communicating and don’t know how to explain anything out, can’t explain the increases. Will change policy without the policy holders knowledge. Kevin Lowry himself won’t even make it right he will continue to price gouge people. If I had the option of 0 stars I would do it.
