I had the most surprising and unsatisfactory customer service experience with Sarah. I called to get information for a quote for auto and home owners insurance and received the worst customer service. I received a quote via email and there were some things I had further questions on. When I asked for clarification she simply would not answer my questions. I’m not sure if she didn’t know the answers but instead she became rude. I then asked to speak to the agent Peggy and she simply told me I will have her call and hung up on me! I was so shocked by this. I then made a return call and left a voicemail for Peggy directly to call me and I never received a call back! To say the least they have lost my potential business and if this is how they treat potential customers I can’t image dealin

Went in her office, right off the street. No appt, no call ahead. She welcomed me, listened to what I needed and went straight into how she could help. Very polite and professional, without being uptight. Great experience for me. I went back later that day and we signed all the papers. She did everything she said she would, basically handling every aspect of getting me insured. Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone
