I called in to add a vehicle to my current policy. I spoke with Jay he was quick and to the point but did not skip any information I needed. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want or try to upsell me on a “better” policy. I was on and off the phone in 9 minutes and most of that was me looking for information on the vehicle I was adding. He explained my coverage and continued to explain my new bill. Definitely recommend.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Paul Larson’s Allstate office. I contacted them to confirm whether my teen daughter was covered under my auto policy, only to be told that my policy had been terminated back in November 2024. This came as a complete shock, as I never requested a termination. The office manager insisted that I had asked for the cancellation, and later claimed that the Allstate call center had documentation to prove it. However, when I called Allstate directly, I was told there was no documentation indicating that I had requested a termination. In fact, the Allstate representative stated that Paul Larson’s office should have notified me in writing and assisted me with reinstating the policy—which they failed to do.
