I met with Lindsey today for a review of our auto and home insurance coverage. It was a very helpful session as Lindsey explained the coverage of each policy, made some updates, and pointed out some change options. With her help, I made a few adjustments in both the auto and home policies. Lindsey was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet with. I plan to ask for an insurance review next year. Great great completed an expedite At my apartment complex, the name Changed January Renters insurance due February 19 received new rent insurance policy 16th I read that had the wrong name for the apartment complex. I didn’t think it’d be a problem but we also have a new property management company take over January 1. They told me that if I do not have a copy with a new name by the 19th, they would charge me $27 for a month of their insurance at their price. I pay 140 a year anyway Hannah at the office. Expedited me a PDF because I had ordered the Policy with Change name to be in paper, She sent me a PDF in about an hour. New delivered it to the folks downstairs thank you. I like efficiency.

We recently moved to Colorado from out of state. Amber Watson contacted our State Farm Agent in the state we were leaving. She thoroughly researched the State Farm coverage we had there and advised us of differences we needed to make to meet Colorado requirements. Amber coordinated the transfer of our State Farm policies from the agent we had for so many in the state we left to the state of Colorado. We had coverage all the time we were transitioning from the state we were leaving to the state we were moving to. Amber kept us in the information loop during our transition. We were comfortable the whole time.

Our experience with State Farm has been stellar. They are always responsive and timely in paying claims.
