Since I've been with them I haven't had a bad experience yet. It's been years by the way. If I ever have a question I never have to wait long to get a representative. They worked their hardest to get me the lowest rate possible and I appreciate them for that

CM has always provided phenomenal customer service and has always gone above average to address our needs. There are protections available that will protect our wallet as well. We had no idea they existed prior to her advising me of them. We actually saved money by making the move to AllState. Prior to this move, we had our vehicles with one company and a completely different company for our home and camper. The previous agent could not accommodate us having one insurance company.
