I called twice to cancel policy and lady hung up on me and then blocked my phone number . So I will just go in the office . Update: the owner of this company does not care if one of his employees disconnected the phone on me. I been with them since we bought our new home on 12/09/2022. In three yrs our home owners insurance went from 1200 to now around 3600. Each year it increased over 1,000 . The fact he insinuated that I was lying about the lady hanging up on me . Please pull call. It's to many insurance companies out here. Never let someone treat you like crap. Deal with them at your own risk .
