Aveco of Pooler Insurance

I had Virginia review my coverage and even reduced coverage on one of my vehicles to try to lower my rate. I was dissatisfied with the quote and told her to re-run the numbers which she did a couple of times and came up with different numbers each quote. Once arriving on a number that was agreeable she told me I needed to be there in person on x date in order to ensure I got that price when renewing my policy. Upon arriving on that day I was given a completely different premium price that was over $500 more. She had no recollection of our numerous phone conversations, emails and no record of the multiple quotes she'd supplied me just 2 weeks prior.
