Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesn't deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — he's unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). I'm very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or st
