Jim Lanter at State Farm has been our agent for many DECADES, him and his wonderful staff really does care and does their best to help make any claim process smoth. We have had a homeowners claim for flooding, some car crashes, and a stolen car claims that they have handled very professionally and had our back when the contractor was not above board with finish and quality of workmanship. Their prices are reasonable in this day and age but I know everyone had a budget, if you can afford a major insurance company you really need to use Jim for homeowners insurance and cer insurance.. they offer a few different discounts when having multiple insurance policies which has saved us alot of money over the years!!!
