At one time I was a customer of Patrick Danielson State Farm and I moved to a rural area and was able to get better rates. After having two unavoidable claims which were not large claims my insurance rate doubled. Over the last few years Patrick Danielson stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy. So when they called this time to follow up they gave me a rate that was awesome. I was able to switch back to them with no problem. They are saving me money, their customer service is great and always has been. They are truly a great company to work with.

I talked with Ashton at State Farm, and he was awesome to work with. He broke everything down in a way I could actually understand and even found ways to save me money without cutting corners. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me right away and made me feel like I mattered. Honestly, I thought dealing with insurance would be stressful, but he made it simple and even kind of enjoyable. If you want people who are real, helpful, and actually care, Pat Danielson State Farm is the way to go!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I would like to commend a young man at this location named Ashton that was very helpful with some of the questions I had regarding State Farm. I hope other customers get the chance to talk to him as well because I am now considering making State Farm my primary insurer for future assets! I think he might even be better than Jake from State Farm.
