J Harold Banks - State Farm Insurance Agent

No one in the office can help me. What’s the point of having and office for customers to come into to inquiry about a quote, but no one is available at this specific location. I asked to speak with Mr. Banks several of times. No help! I’m looking to switch my insurance to state farm but it won’t be with agents banks. I express to the ppl that I don’t want to do a call. I will like face to face to be able to get a better understanding not someone telling me I'm fuller covered.
